You get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. A banner in the app shows how many days remain. Trial users receive the applicable Basic-like limits. When your trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue sending reminders. Your invoices, customers, and reminder history are never deleted.
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription and tap Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Yes. Active paid Basic and Pro subscribers can buy one-time packs on the Nudge website from Settings: 200 SMS credits for $9.99 or 500 for $19.99. Packs do not renew, and purchased credits do not expire with your monthly included allowance. Purchased credits are available while your paid subscription is active. Android in-app credit purchases are not available yet.
