Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Nudge account and associated data. Nudge is an invoice reminder application operated by JM Studio LLC.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

You can delete your account directly inside the Nudge app:

  1. Open the Nudge app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (bottom navigation).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@nudgepay.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Data retention

We may retain certain minimal data for a limited period where required by law (e.g. financial transaction logs for tax/audit compliance). Any retained data is not used for any purpose other than legal compliance and is deleted as soon as the retention period expires.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your invoices, customers, and reminder history will be lost.
