This page explains how to request deletion of your Nudge account and associated data. Nudge is an invoice reminder application operated by JM Studio LLC.
You can delete your account directly inside the Nudge app:
When account deletion completes, your account and application records are removed from active Nudge systems. If you connected QuickBooks, Nudge attempts to revoke Intuit authorization before deleting its stored connection credentials. Provider revocation is best-effort if Intuit is unavailable; you can also remove Nudge in your Intuit connected-app settings. Separately stored attachments may require cleanup retries, and encrypted recovery backups and legally required records are handled as described below.
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@nudgepay.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
When you delete your account, Nudge removes the following account data from its active application database (subject to any legally required records):
Nudge maintains encrypted whole-database backups for disaster recovery. Account deletion does not immediately erase your records from previously created encrypted backup snapshots; those snapshots rotate out under the backup-retention policy. Backups are not active accounts and are not used to send reminders. Separately, narrow billing or transaction records may be retained where required by law or compliance obligations, including records held by payment providers under their own policies.
